About SHR

Sonia G Brodie is a distinguished and highly experienced Human Resources (HR) Practitioner, with a  career span of over 25 years. Sunshine Human Resources was founded in 2014 offering high quality and bespoke HR Consultancy Services to public and private sector clients.

 

Sonia commenced her HR career in the Voluntary Sector (Housing) where she gained an excellent grounding in the main disciplines, covering Employee Resourcing, Employee Relations and Employee Development; which has enabled her to build upon those skills and expertise to deliver a seamless service to clients.

 

Initially working as a Freelance HR Consultant providing Strategic, Operational and Board level input into the delivery of Business Plan objectives; she progressed into being a passionate HR Practitioner in the Healthcare Industry.

A results orientated professional, Sonia also has proven Project Management Skills and has successfully delivered many large scale projects such as TUPE (Transfer of Undertaking and Protection of Employment), Redundancy and Workforce Efficiency/Turnaround.
